Remanufactured vs. Rebuilt
At Brakewarehouse, we remanufacture, not rebuild, hydraulic brake calipers. Remanufacturing is a process in which original casting and steel parts are reused after they have been cleaned and shot-blasted to their original finish.
The castings are then honed, sleeved, retapped and inspected before reassembly begins.
Only new hydraulic seals, dust boot bleeders and factory original pistons are used in the final assembly process.
In all stages of production, meticulous care is taken to ensure reliability. All units are then 100% pressure-tested to insure complete safety and satisfaction giving you the Brakewarehouse advantage.

Rear Brake Caliper

Notes:
- Prices reflect unloaded calipers; extra charges apply for brackets, pads and hardware.
- Most brake caliper units have same day turnaround unless parts needs to be ordered.
- Aluminum brake calipers and calipers from classic cars (generally, 20+ years) may have additional charges since the units require additional modifications and need to be completely remanufactured by hand.
