Terms & Conditions of Sales & Returns
All parts purchased are warranted to be free of defect and may be returned subject to the manufacturer's warranty. Returns for other than defects are accepted only within 30 days of purchase. Non-defective parts must be unused and in original condition. The part must be returned in its original package and be accompanied by the original receipt or no credit will be issued. A restocking fee of 15% to 30% will apply to all returns. If a part is determined to have been used, a credit will not be issued. Special Order Items and Electrical Components are not returnable.
All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If an incorrect (non-ordered) part is shipped, Brakewarehouse will absorb all expenses associated with the return of the part and provide full invoice credit.
Call Brakewarehouse at 1-800-214-4034 (or 607-772-9194) for a Return Authorization Number (RA) and address for return. Some returns go directly to the manufacturer; call for correct address. Your credit card will be credited within (72) hours following receipt of the return and determination that the return is acceptable. If the return is unacceptable for any reason, you will be advised via e-mail. Please note: "Free Shipping" promotions are contingent upon a completed transaction. If items are returned that we're purchased during a "Free Shipping" promotion, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges and the customer credit will reflect the return of the items minus the restocking fee and shipping charges.
Refusal of a shipment does not constitute a right to a return or a credit. Refused shipments and “undeliverable address” shipments that are returned will be charged the original shipping charges AND the return shipping charges AND a 25% restocking fee.

Brakewarehouse.com's catalog is provided by an outside source and we are not responsible for catalog errors. This includes product pricing, weights and shipping errors. If an error is discovered, you will be contacted with the correct pricing and have the opportunity to cancel or continue with the sale.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS — Our catalog is for American-market vehicles and the parts referenced may or may not be appropriate for non-American market vehicles. Order Processing, Shipping & Insurance
Most orders are shipped using UPS, FedEx or the US Postal Service (USPS). Brakewarehouse reserves the right to utilize alternate shipping vendors based on the item(s) selected and shipping location. In some instances, we use designated carriers based upon vendor preference and customers are not able to change that carrier. As many items as possible will be shipped together in order to reduce shipping charges.
Customers can expedite their shipping; fees are shown during checkout based on product weight.
Insurance is available at the customer's expense. If desired, please add a note in the comments section of your order or notify us via phone or e-mail.
All shipping, handling and insurance charges will be billed to the customer based upon the method of delivery requested.
The customer will be notified of the total charge of the order, the order number, plus shipping and handling charges, via an e-mail confirmation when the order is processed. The customer will receive a second e-mail when the order is shipped (generally within two to three business days).
Customer receipt of the order will be dependent upon the shipping option selected. If items are unable to be shipped due to availability, the order will be cancelled and the customer will be advised via-e-mail.
We periodically run "Free Shipping" Promotions applying to most orders; certain heavy-weight items are excluded from these promotions.

If we are unable to process your credit card for any reason, we will contact you. If we are unable to contact you within 72 hours, the order will be cancelled.

Core Return Policies
Some parts require you to return the original part. In these cases, the price includes a core charge noted as such in the item pricing. Once we receive the original part, per the conditions below, the core charge will be refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: Return shipment of the core is the responsibility of the customer — you will not be reimbursed for the cost of shipping a core back to us. Shipping costs for heavy items may exceed the core charge, so please keep this in mind when ordering such items.
Core Return Services
Brakewarehouse offers Core Return Services. If requested, we will include a prepaid UPS shipping label with your purchase that has the address for your core return. The credit card used for your purchase will be charged the cost of shipping from your address to the core return location. International Sales & Shipping Policies
We are pleased to be able to sell and ship our products worldwide. We have partnered with iGlobal Stores to fulfill all orders outside the United States. Prepaying Duty & Taxes / Guaranteed Landed Cost
In many cases, you'll be given the opportunity to prepay your duties and taxes for your order. Doing this allows you to pay for your entire order upon checkout with a guarantee that you won't be charged any VAT, duty, taxes or other shipping or customs related fees after your order is complete. Depending on your country and your order value, your order may already be under the deminimus value (the minimum amount at which local taxes are required). In such cases, no duty or tax fees are assessed.
International orders may be shipped via any of the major carriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx or Post. In order to facilitate the order process, you'll be given several shipping options based on the amount of time the order will take to arrive. Please note that all delivery times are listed in business days (Monday through Friday) so you'll want to take this into consideration when selecting your shipping method. Most shipping carriers do not ship on major holidays.
